📋 Surveys

It's important to understand the pulse of the employees while they are working. This helps in understanding the "Why" behind various nuances of employee experience. Based on the insights from the surveys, we take proactive actions and plan the "What" and "How". We conduct these surveys from our own product, Empuls. Some of the key surveys which we do are eNPS surveys, pulse surveys, onboarding surveys, wellbeing surveys, WFH surveys, and exit surveys.

Apart from these surveys, we also do any contextual survey or poll to get employee opinion or choices for any new policy, features, key decisions, and more. The idea of these surveys is to get common problems and take corrective actions. For specific one on one inputs from any employee, we run one-on-one feedback which gives specific inputs from an employee which may not come out in the overall company-level survey results.
