At AbilityEx, we are proud of the culture we have fostered. We owe our success to our culture, which is reflected in all our decisions. Culture is not about stocking snacks and drinks or serving a 5-course meal in the cafeteria. At AbilityEx, culture is about open communication, candid feedback, managing pressure and responding to challenges with creative solutions. We don’t feel burdened by our work problems; we are energised by it.
We are not a perfect match for everyone. And not every amazing person is a great match for us. However, we are always ready to speak with interesting people who may not come from relevant industries or match everything in the job description but are extremely passionate about working with us. A lot of our current team members come from very different backgrounds but have been doing amazing at work.
The interview time is when we assess your domain skills and, more importantly, your cultural fit. We encourage you to bring your whole self to the discussion and tell us your story. How else will you figure out if your whole self will be accepted? It's also a time for us to understand you with all your strengths and weaknesses. Rest assured; a deficiency doesn't automatically disqualify you; it only makes you human. Here is a short guide to help you structure your thoughts.
